What should I do if I am having issues with the app?

Make sure you are in a delivery zone and check your internet connection. Then follow the steps below.

  1. Close the app and reopen it.
  2. Log out of the app and back in again. 
  3. Switch your phone off and on.
  4. Check your app version.

If you are still having problems, get in touch with Ryde Support who may be able to help. If the problem is not urgent it may also be useful to submit a request.
