Live Support (for riders on the job only)

Please download Telegram and message @RydersBot with your Rider ID to use this feature. 

Our live rider support team is dedicated to helping riders with any questions and issues while they are on a job. You can access live support by clicking on the support tab in the app. To help the team help you as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your question or issue clearly stated in your first message.
  • Providing relevant information like Job ID #
  • We love our riders to be proactive in trying to solve any issues that may occur while out on a job. When communicating with Ryde Support about an issue let us know what steps you have already taken to try to resolve the issue.
